Millie's Event Designs worked along side husband Matt to create an intimate setting where friends and family gathered to celebrate this memorable occasion.
Each guest was treated to tapas of chilled crab & cucumber pillows, a plate of salmon, an assortment of sushi and sashimi baby tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and basil stuffed vine leaves, spicy tomato and sally shooters, lobster salad stuffed rolls and assorted bruschetta. The menu also included warmed tempura prawns, smoked salmon & leeks quiche, assorted seafood, chicken, beef and vegetable dim sum, mini mixed grill kebabs of marinated steak, lamb, and chicken, fried vegetable spring rolls, truffled forest mushroom tartlets, and spicy sausage/peppers tortilla pizzas.
The tables in the Francesca room were complemented with eight inch clear glass square vases filled with nosegay red carnations and white roses accenting the uniquely designed centerpiece by Randy Neal Floral Design
And what would a Fabulous 40th Birthday Party be without cake? This one was a truly edible masterpiece from Mike Elder, world class cake designer custom cake; http://blacksheepcustomcakes.com. The cake was a simple but elegant turquoise and white three tier design.
The evening was capped off with acoustic guitar player, Bryce Meehan https://www.facebook.com/BryceMeehanMusic playing and singing a list of Jeana's favorites from todays top hits to yesterdays classics.
